Why Jamie Garcia beats out Gaby Sanchez for NL ROY

Jamie Garcia of the St. Louis Cardinals will win the NL ROY race if he doesn't fall apart the rest of the year.
With outstanding position players like Gaby Sanchez of the Marlins, Jason Heyward of the Braves and numerous others. A single hitter will be hard to stand out. Right now you have seven different players leading categories for the NL.
Garcia is not only in the pitching department. Mike Leake of the Reds, John Axford of the Brewers and yes Stephen Strasburg of the Nationals. Strasburg would easily been the choice if he pitched all year and he still might steal it if he comes back and keeps dominating.
It is hard to really gauge who is the best Rookie because alot of teams have different missions for their players.
