Slow day for Day Five of MLB action.

It was a slow day on April 4 the fifth day of MLB action for the 2011 season. Eight players stuck out to me as having a good day.
Nick Markakis, Neil Walker and Milton Bradley had three hit days while Martin Prado, Rickie Weeks, Alfonso Soriano, Geovany Soto and Nelson Cruz also had good days.

With no player really standing out that much this was a hard choice for me.
I like the play of Neil Walker of Pittsburgh. He is young and his play is fun to watch. So Walker will get my Player of the day award for Day Five of the 2011 MLB season.
