Postseason Recap: Oct 7 2010

October 8th 2010 13:22

Man oh Man what is going on in the American League.

The Texas Rangers and the New York Yankees won again to take commanding 2-0 leads in their best of five series and the next two games will be played at home for these teams.

Look for both teams to complete the sweep and win game three.

The National league is all about pitching. Another great performance by one of the best pitchers in baseball as Tim Lincecum of the Giants had 14Ks while only giving up 2 hits in a complete game shoutout leading the Giants to a 1-0 win over the Braves.

San Francisico could only manage five hits themselves with Buster Posey getting two of those hits.

This series will be a good one by Giants should win in four.

Tampa Bay is just dead in the water getting only two hits while giving up nine and allowing two more homeruns.

The Yankees pounded out 12 hits in their 5-2 win over the Twins and Carl Pavano.
