Tuning into the Fox game of the week, it was a refreshing change to find Mark Grace as a commentator. Usually the viewers are met with the duo of Tim McCarver and Joe Buck.Flip the clicker to Fox this afternoon and experience the duo of Mark Grace and his partner Kenny Albert.
Sounds like a real Baseball game is going on.Almost like the old days of NBC game of the week with Joe Garagiola and Tony Kubek whose voices used to echo through the house on a Saturday afternoon.
Grace, arguably one of the best 2nd baseman to play the game and member of the 2001 champion Arizona Diamond Backs, is doing a great job behind the microphone and together with Kenny Albert, they make a great team as commentators for todays game from Arizona between the Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Mets.Great pitching matchup with the D-backs Brandon Webb against the Mets Mike Pelfery.Top of the 3rd, Two out,Mets with a runner at 2nd losing 2 to 1
