Eureka! I've found it and so can you!
Guest post from: Mohamed Simon
Every week, without fail, I tune in to see Eureka on my Directtv packages. Eureka stands out as one of the all-time best science fiction shows to run on television.
The town of Eureka was supposedly the brainchild of former President Eisenhower and Albert Einstein. The town was created to be a breeding ground of vast intellect, scientific innovation, and discovery. From the exterior, Eureka appears like any other small town except its residents are the most brilliant scientists on the planet. The inventions of Eureka's intelligent residents both make their lives easier and more enjoyable while often simultaneously threatening to completely destroy the town and planet on a regular basis. Fortunately, Eureka possesses the country's greatest minds, so they always seem to have the intellectual capacity to resolve their own problems before they mess things up too badly. From the goofy and always joking town sheriff, Jack Carter to the always serious and capable Department of Defense liaison, Allison Blake the show is never short of laughs and serious drama. This show never fails to demonstrate that regardless of how intelligent the residents of Eureka are they are still just like any other small town caught up in its own petty drama and silly feuds!
