Baseball Drama!! Rays, Cards make playoffs

What a night of baseball. With the wildcards for both leagues waiting to be decided we were privy to a exciting night of baseball.
In the American League the Tampa Bay Rays came back from 7-0 hole to defeat the Yankees 8-7 in 12 innings. Three minutes after the Boston RedSox lost in the bottom of the ninth inning to Baltimore on three straight hits after already having two outs.
In the National League Chris Carpenter pitched a gem as St. Louis destroyed Houston and waited for the Phillies their first round opponent to defeat the Atlanta Braves in 13.
This was a great night of baseball and the playoffs look to be primed for some great contests.
